Ken Al-Imam

Ken Al-Imam, CPA, has served as chief financial officer and city treasurer for the City of San Juan Capistrano since 2016, leading initiatives that promote economic development and community revitalization. He played a significant part in a public-private partnership that resulted in a new City Hall and a supportive housing project for formerly unhoused individuals and veterans. In addition, Ken has authored white papers for the California Committee on Municipal Accounting (CCMA) for more than fifteen years and audited the finances of many cities across Southern California.
