Kim Sitton

Kim Sitton, finance director, has spent more than thirty-five years serving the City of Corona, California, helping navigate major financial decisions, capital investments, and operational improvements. As Corona City Manager Jacob Ellis notes, “Year after year, she demonstrates how fiscal responsibility and innovation go hand in hand.” Under Kim’s direction, Corona has maintained ample reserves, implemented new financial systems, and delivered transparent reporting that earned clean audits and GFOA recognition. Deputy Director of Finance Julie Kennicutt highlights her “proactive approach to financial management,” which has secured funding for infrastructure projects and protected the City’s credit ratings.
