Mary Hografe

Mary Hografe has been with St. Louis County since 1999, starting as a budget analyst for the Board of Elections. In 2016, she moved to the county’s central Budget Office, where she has been instrumental in keeping budgets balanced and improving operations. Across departments, colleagues value her professionalism and results-driven approach. Her impact is best summed up by a comment from a recent internal survey about how to better serve departments that simply read: “more Mary's.” Deputy Director Anna Holyan adds, “I have never encountered someone with such a profound commitment to demonstrating our worthiness of the trust bestowed upon us by the communities we serve.”
