Phil Bertolini is the codirector of the Center for Digital Government, a national research and advisory institute on information technology policies and best practices in state government. Before that he was the deputy county executive and chief information officer for Oakland County, Michigan. Phil was named one of Governing magazine’s public officials of the year and one of Government Technology magazine’s Top 25 Doers, Dreamers, and Drivers.
