As it continues to grow after the global COVID-19 pandemic, long-term planning and a clear connection between the cost of services and capital investments, and the value they bring to the community, were critical in helping staff gain approval for the library’s largest property tax ever and plan for an upcoming general obligation bond and capital campaign.
