The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) recently released a public statement regarding disclosure practices in the municipal market. As issuers and other market participants continue to grapple with the effects of COVID-19, there is uncertainty surrounding when and what information issuers should provide to the market. This webinar is intended to help governments understand their disclosure requirements under federal securities laws.
