Thanks for joining us at GFOA's 119th Annual Conference in Washington, DC!

Below are helpful post-conference FAQs.

How do I claim CPE on the conference mobile app?

To claim CPE credit, please follow these steps in the conference app under the “Evaluations” tab:

Select the Session Attended and Complete Evaluation Questions: Complete this step for each session CPE credit is being claimed for.

Complete Overall Annual Conference Evaluation: After completing all session evaluations, fill out the overall conference evaluation.

Select SUBMIT TO COMPLETE button after you complete the session evaluations and overall conference evaluation.

Download/Print Certificate of Professional Development: Upon completing all evaluations, select "Download and Print Certificate" from the task list to download or print your CPE certificate. You can email, print, or save it as a PDF directly from the app.

Make sure to complete each task by following the prompts to successfully claim your CPE credit.

How long do I have to claim CPE through the app?

Please claim your CPE as soon as possible. The deadline December 2, 2025.

What if I can't remember the CPE code to a session?

If you have forgotten a CPE code to a session, contact education@gfoa.org.

When will my CPE display in GFOA's Learning Management System?

The migration process should take 30–60 days.

How can I view presentations from each session?

You can email presentations to yourself through the app. The presentations will also be added to the Learning Management System in the future.

What if I have forgotten my app password?

Your app password is the same as your GFOA password. If you need help resetting it, email logins@gfoa.org.

Are session recordings available?

Session recordings are not available this year.

Where is next year's conference?

GFOA's 120th Annual Conference will be held June 28–July 1, in Chicago, Illinois at the McCormick Place Convention Center. Registration will open in the fall. We hope to see you there!
