Tommy Ryan

Tommy Ryan, procurement analyst at the City of Long Beach, California, has supported the Labor Compliance Division during a managerial transition while also leading the closeout of the City’s Cannabis Equity Dispensary RFP. This included coordinating with consultants, managing dozens of public and legal inquiries, and producing thousands of pages of technical documentation. Tommy also helped secure two national procurement honors for the city: GFOA’s Award for Excellence and the NPI Achievement of Excellence in Procurement Award.
