University of Chicago and University of Texas Publish Report on Tax-Exempt Municipal Bonds

The University of Chicago’s Center for Municipal Finance and University of Texas at Austin’s Center on Municipal Capital Markets recently issued a new policy brief. This brief serves as a stellar piece on the history, justifications, criticisms, and considerations of reforms in regard to the municipal bond tax-exemption.
