Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or applicable discipline
  • Previous Project Management experience preferred
  • Accounting experience

Summary

• Manages and oversees the customer service and utility billing functions, including billing operations, collections support, account adjustments, credits, refunds, payment processing, and customer account administration.

• Serves as lead or internal project manager for utility billing, customer service, and financial system improvements and implementations, including process documentation, control design, standardization, training, and issue resolution.

Expectations & schedule

This is a full-time, exempt position working Monday–Friday; extended hours periodically during meetings, emergencies, or as workload requires. After orientation, the District allows for remote work 2 days a week. General Work day is 8 hours a day.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid—both office and work from home

Will not consider remote workers living in a different region.
