Community for Canadian Issues

Eligibility: The Community for Canadian issues is open to any Canadian member.

Purpose

The Community for Canadian Issues (CCI) is a voluntary association of GFOA members organized to  provide focused educational and networking opportunities for GFOA members in Canada. CCI will work to encourage membership growth, improve member engagement, and develop partnerships with peer organizations in Canada.

  • Canadian Award for Financial Reporting Program

    GFOA established the Canadian Award for Excellence in Financial Reporting Program (CAnFR Program) in 1986 to encourage and assist Canadian local governments to go beyond the minimum requirements of generally accepted accounting principles.
