CCWD is seeking a skilled, motivated, and team oriented Administrative Analyst II for our Engineering Department. This position will be located at our Concord Administration Office. What you will typically be responsible for:

  • Gathering, tabulating and analyzing data
  • Coordinating budget development for Engineering and functioning as the clearing house for all expenditures
  • Conducting special projects relating to division or department programs
  • Preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence relating to departmental and interdepartmental operations
  • Interpreting rules, standards, and procedures
  • Building and maintaining positive working relationships
  • Working with project Engineers and Managers to develop construction project cash flow trends and analysis
