Minimum Qualifications
- Two (2) years of professional experience in program administration, preferably in the public sector.
- Six (6) months of supervisory experience is preferred.
- Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in the assigned program area

In this role, you’ll provide essential budget support, financial consulting, and treasury services that help guide organizational decision making and keep our city moving forward.

Salary: $42.04 - $54.64 hourly / $87,443.20 - $113,651.20 Annually
The City of Eugene determines starting pay within the range based on relevant education and experience as provided by the applicant in their application materials. This process is consistent with the Oregon Equal Pay Act (OEPA).

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with flexibility per business need, including start time and a 30–60-minute lunch.
