This position specializes in Tax Increment Financing • Manages the City's Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Program and program staff. • Coordinates TIF financing with other financing tools, such as new market tax credits and historic tax credits. • Reviews development funding agreements and/or service agreements to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. • Responsible for the management of financial transactions related to TIF. • Assists the City's Debt Manager on TIF funded debt obligations. General Duties: This employee performs a variety of administrative tasks involving the management of a division or section of a city department. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with divisional and departmental policies and procedures, initiating direction for all activities within the division or section, and supervising and monitoring the activities of subordinate personnel. Performs related duties as required.
