Job Description: 

As the Director for the Office of Business Operations & Services, you will provide executive leadership, guidance and strategic framework for the Metro District. Provide business operations and services to expedite State, MnDOT, Operations Division and District priorities and to assure effective delivery of transportation products and services. Additional responsibilities include: • Leading strategic, organizational change through new initiatives (e.g., Risk Management, Centers of Excellence, Shared Service Management, Organizational Development, etc.) to assure agility, innovation and transparency within the state’s internal control environment; • Providing advice and counsel to the Metro District Leadership and Management Teams to expedite the sharing of information, streamline processes, propose improvements and assure issues are anticipated and resolved quickly; and • Assisting the Division Business Manager with strategic planning to achieve results.
