Manage all fiscal and related activities of the District, including accounting, budget and purchasing. Develop and implement financial accounting systems in accordance with cash basis accounting principals and the WA. State Auditors' Budgeting and Reports System (BARs). Prepare annual financial and accountability reports to comply with the requirements of the WA State Auditor. Prepare monthly vouchers and payroll. Prepares and manages the Administrative Budget and assists in the development of the proposed annual operating and capital budgets. May be assigned as Secretary to the Board of Commissioners.
