ARPA SLFRF Obligation Deadline Fast Approaching

As we enter the month of December, GFOA is taking this opportunity to remind members that December 31, 2024, is the deadline by which any remaining American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) SLFRF dollars must be obligated by recipients. Funds not obligated by the deadline will need to be returned to the U.S. Treasury, which means they would not be available to benefit your local community.
