Ms. Ballard is a Project Manager for Plenary Americas in the Asset Delivery Group. Prior to joining Plenary, Ms. Ballard served in various roles with Kiewit Corporation including Project Engineer, Project Manager, Estimator, Quality Control Manager, and Design Engineer.

Ms. Ballard has over 10 years of industry experience and has worked on projects, including many P3 projects, ranging from $500k to $3B. Ms. Ballard’s technical experience is primarily in the public infrastructure, heavy civil, and building materials field(s), with more recent experience in vertical building construction, tenant improvements, and M/E/P scopes, specifically within federally-administered contracts.

Ms. Ballard holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and is a licensed Professional Engineer in two states and the District of Columbia. She is currently pursuing an Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Colorado.
