Collin Boothe

Collin Boothe serves as the Managing Director of Finance for the City of Waco, where he leads the Fiscal Management Services Department. He is a Certified Government Finance Officer (CGFO).

Collin has served on the GFOA Committee on Economic Development and Capital Planning. He is also a published co-author of the article “Managing Capital Assets,” featured in the October 2024 issue of Government Finance Review.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of North Texas. A longtime member of the GFOA of Texas since 1999, Collin has held multiple leadership roles within the organization.
