Megan Bourke

Megan Bourke serves as the director of the Office of Management and Budget for Loudoun County, Virginia, a thriving, diverse, and dynamic full-service county located in northern Virginia and home to Dulles International Airport. Her office is responsible for the development and management of a $3 billion general fund budget and a $4 billion, six-year capital improvement program. Programs under her direction include performance management, demographics and long-range planning, and budget development and monitoring. Megan has grown her career in local government budgeting through roles with the Village of Downers Grove, Illinois; Chesterfield County, Virginia; and with Loudoun County since 2014.
