Brandon Kauffman serves as the Director of Finance for the Kansas Turnpike Authority.  Prior to serving at the Kansas Turnpike, Kauffman served as the Finance Director in Lincoln, Nebraska and Topeka, Kansas and Assistant County Administrator/Finance Director for Butler County, Kansas. He has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Kansas State University and a master’s degree in public administration from Wichita State University. Brandon serves on the GFOA Executive Board and as an ex-officio for the Debt committee, he is prior President  of the Great Plains Government Finance Officers Association and Kansas Government Finance Officers Association.
