Charles Lino

Charles Lino is the City Manager for the Town of Pecos City, Texas where he has been in the position since February of 2022 after serving as the Finance Director from November 2020. Charles has eleven years’ experience in various mid-senior roles in
municipal government. He has more than thirty years’ experience in the private sector including retail, non-profit and service industries. Charles earned a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at El Paso. He has been a Texas Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for more than 25 years and holds a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) credential from the Association of
Government Accountants (AGA) since 2019. Charles has been married for 40+ years and has two grown children and one granddaughter who occupies much of Charles’ vacation time. Charles prepares tax returns as his hobby and enjoys watching football during down time.
