Chris has led Citi’s Public Finance practice in California and the Western U.S. since 2009. Prior to joining Citigroup in 2001, Chris spent 10 years at another bulge-bracket investment bank in Los Angeles. Throughout his 30+ year career in public finance, Chris has advised and worked closely with U.S. state and local government officials and policymakers to complete over 1,100 financings and raise over $460 billion for infrastructure and working capital needs of U.S. state and local governments and non-profits. His experience spans nearly all sectors, services, structures and products used by public agencies, non-profits and private partners to provide public services and deliver infrastructure in the U.S.

Chris graduated from UCLA with a degree in Economics/Business and holds Series 7, 24, 53 and 63 licenses. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Asian Americans in Public Finance (AAPF), is a member of the AAPI Steering Committee for Citi’s North American Fixed Income and Equity Markets businesses, and currently sits on Citi’s Municipal Banking Operating Committee.
