Deanna Lundahl

Deanna Lundahl currently serves as the Budget Officer at the City of Rock Hill in South Carolina. In her role, she oversees operational and capital budgeting functions for the City. She is a 2023 graduate of the GFOA Leadership Academy and has an MPA from the University of Washington. Prior to going to work for the City of Rock Hill in 2022, Deanna worked six years as an Assistant Borough Manager in Ketchikan, Alaska. Her portfolio of assigned departments included: Parks and Recreation, Animal Protection, IT, Code Enforcement, Procurement, Emergency Management and two fire departments.
