Dustin Lanier, a Certified Public Procurement Officer, is the founder and principal consultant for Civic Initiatives, a public procurement consulting firm which has supported public procurement operations and transformation work in over 40 states since its founding in 2010. Prior to Civic Initiatives, Dustin held a variety of leadership roles related to strategic planning and contracting for ten years in Texas state government. Dustin graduated from Duke University with degrees in Public Policy Studies and Latin American Studies, and is a husband and father of three boys.
