Jamie works on Plenary’s Project Structuring and Investment team and is responsible for commercial and financial structuring of P3 infrastructure projects. With seven years of infrastructure development and credit underwriting experience, and two years of community development, Jamie brings a blend of knowledge to Plenary’ bid team. Jamie is highly experienced at financial modeling, and has been the lead financial modeler on nine major projects with Plenary, worth a total of over $8 billion in project costs. Jamie frequently leads or supports the financial work stream for Plenary’s projects, including developing financing structures, reviewing debt term sheets and bond documentation, managing lender diligence, and working with rating agencies to secure project ratings. Jamie’s experience covers a wide range of debt instruments including private placements, bank financing and tax-exempt bonds.

Jamie holds a Master’s degree in International Economics from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor's degree from New York University.
