Jacquelyn Flickinger is the Director of ERP/EPM Strategy for Oracle’s State and Local Strategy and Business Development Group. She has spent the last 11 years in public sector and joined Oracle in 2020 from the City of Roseville, CA, where in addition to her role as Controller, she served as a key member and finance lead for Roseville’s ERP implementation of Oracle Cloud. She is also licensed CPA and began her career auditing governments, ranging in size from small Special Districts to States. She brings both public sector industry expertise and direct customer experience which offers unique insight into public sector challenges and a different approach to determining creative solutions leveraging technology.
