Glen has been the City of Seattle’s Finance Director since 2010. In this capacity he oversees City accounting, treasury, tax administration, debt management, and payroll functions as well as the City’s retirement systems. In addition, Glen serves as executive sponsor for the implementation of new enterprise-wide financial and human capital management systems.
