Currently working for the City of St. Helens, OR, Gloria spent 11 1/2 years at the City of Independence, OR as the finance director. Prior to public service, Gloria spent 10 years working for a public accounting firm as audit manager for local government audits. Gloria is the 2023 President of the Oregon Government Finance Officers Association.
