Ian Tyson is a member of PFM’s Management and Budget Consulting practice where he focuses on financial management and operational efficiencies for K-12 school districts. Ian has worked on financial planning projects with school districts from around the nation.

As one of his roles, he is a day-to-day lead in projects supporting the Pennsylvania Department of Education’s fiscal recovery program for school districts. In this role, Ian has worked with teams to develop multi-year financial plans for school district clients to integrate financial and academic planning.
