Joan Jadali is the Director of Finance for the City of Town & Country, a municipality in St. Louis County, Missouri. She has served in this career path for over two decades. Ms.Jadali earned her MBA from Iowa State University and has held a Certified Public Finance Officer designation since 2009. She continues to expand her professional horizons by publishing a number of articles in various professional journals and enjoys speaking at conferences on budgeting and finance topics, and participating in the Government Finance Officers Association as a Budget Reviewer since 2009.Ms. Jadali is also a past member of the GFOA Governmental Budgeting and Fiscal Policy Committee and a current member of the GFOA Committee on Retirement and Benefits and Administration. Joan also is a current member of the CPFO Certification Committee.
