As City Treasurer, Kimberly Carter  oversees the Cash Management, Investment, Public Finance and Development Finance sections of the Division, and is responsible for the collection, safekeeping and allocation of City monies.

Kimberly has a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from the University of Missouri -St. Louis, and has more than 15 years of experience in the accounting and finance profession, including service to the City as Cash Manager for ten years.
