Andrew Kramer is the Assistant Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis for Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) where he oversees a team responsible for the development of a $1.7 billion budget. Prior to DART, Andrew was the Budget Manager for the City of Aspen, Colorado, and a Manager in the Budget and Management Services office with the City of Dallas, Texas.
