Toby LaFrance

Toby LaFrance is the Director of Finance and IT for the City of Milwaukie, OR. In this role, Toby gets to play a part in an exceptional leadership team. Working with the dedicated finance and IT group, he guides the budget, accounting, utility billing, contracts, treasury, network, help desk, and IT security for the city. In his over 25 years of public finance, Toby has been an analyst, manager, and director for city, county, and water district organizations in the Portland Oregon region. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Oregon Government Finance Officers Association and is their current Education Committee Chair.
