Zaklina Lakic serves as reviewer in Technical Service Center at GFOA. She is responsible for performing reviews of financial reports and budgets submitted by the state and local governments for GFOA’s certificate awards program.  Zaklina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Chicago, as well as CPA certification.
