Maddy Lanning
Member Operations Coordinator
As a Membership Operations Coordinator at GFOA, Maddy helps to support the membership team by helping new, current, and potential members with any questions they have. Additionally, Maddy processes new member applications and works closely with agencies to keep their member rosters up to date. Prior to working at GFOA, Maddy worked in multiple sales roles, as well as customer service positions.
Maddy has a BFA from Kent State University.
