Kathleen Leader

Kathy Leader is the Chief Financial Officer for Clean Water Services and has been with the District since 2007.  Prior to joining the District Kathy was the Finance Director for the City of Troutdale, Oregon.  Kathy has over 25 years’ experience in finance management, including over five years in non-profit healthcare finance as Fiscal Services Director for Holgate Center in Portland, Oregon.
