Dean Mealy, II

Dean serves as the Town Procurement and Contract Director for the Town of Palm Beach Florida and has served in this position since 2017. Dean is a graduate of Florida International University. Additionally, he holds a NIGP-CPP, CPPO, FCCM and Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.  

Dean currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Procurement Institute (NPI) as the Vice President and also serves as Treasurer for Florida Association of Public Procurement Officers (FAPPO).

During his career, Dean has served as the Chief Purchasing Officer for the largest Public Utility located in the State of Florida, and as the Executive Director of Citywide Administrative Services and Information Services for the City of New York.
