Kelli Munroe

Kelli is the Chief Deputy Treasurer for Pinal County; the 3rd largest county in Arizona. She is responsible of overseeing the day to day operations of the office which include working with the team to process over 278,000 tax bill statements for the county, Tax collection process, Investment program, Special Districts, Tax Division, and the Accounting Division.

Kelli has lived in Arizona for the past 30 years after moving from California with her family. Kelli attended the University of Phoenix earning her Masters of Science in Accountancy and earned her CPM Certification (Certified Public Manager) from Arizona State University.

Kelli currently sits on the GFOA TIM (Treasury & Investment Management) Committee and Pinal County's Self Funded Health Board. Kelli has been a member of GFOAz and GFOA since 2016 and participated with GFOA's team in updating the Code of Ethics.
