David is a Program Analyst on the Research and National Technical Assistance (RNTA) program at the Economic Development Administration (EDA). He has been with EDA for the last three years based out of EDA’s headquarters office in Washington, D.C. He received his Master’s degree from George Mason University in International Commerce and Policy, and currently resides in Virginia.
