Rodney Shine is the Chief Deputy Treasurer for the Marion County Treasurer’s Office. Prior to his current position, he was the Chief Financial Officer for the same office and has two decades of audit management experience.

Rodney was a recent winner of the Mayor’s Performance Award in the category of fiscal solvency for reducing bank fees and improving investment results. He is currently responsible for managing the counties $400 million dollar investment portfolio and maintains annual board of finance results for the county commissioners.
