Brooke Sisk is the General Services Agency Director for Tulare County, a position she has held since October 2020. Prior to assuming this position, she began her career with General Services in December 2015, first as a Supervising Analyst, and then as the Agency’s Assistant Director.

Brooke was born and raised in a small town on the coast of Maine. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Spanish from the University of Maine, she relocated to Tulare County through the AmeriCorps VISTA program where she spent a year as a volunteer at nonprofit specializing in low-income housing and community development. Upon completion of her service, she spent another five years working for nonprofits before joining Tulare County in 2007, where she has held various positions with different departments, including Child Support Services, and the Health and Human Services Agency. Brooke earned a Master of Public Administration from California State University Fresno in 2017. January 2022 marked her twentieth year as a public servant in Tulare County, so she now considers it appropriate to call herself a local.
