Irica Solomon is Vice President and head of Corporate Citizenship, Government Affairs and Advocacy at MissionSquare Retirement overseeing state and federal public policy issues and the organization’s corporate social responsibility. Ms. Solomon is a legislative policy strategist with more than 25 years’ experience advising principals and external constituencies, directing policy formulation and execution, and guiding message development. Prior to joining MissionSquare, she represented MetLife leading their U.S. business and enterprise issues before lawmakers. Additionally, Ms. Solomon previously held a variety of leadership roles for corporate and trade organizations and served as staff on both sides of the political aisle in Congress and the Administration. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economics from Syracuse University and a Master’s in Public Policy from George Washington University.
