Stephen Wade is the Director of Administrative and Financial Services for the City of Topeka (KS). He moved into public service after a 30-year career in newspapers. Steve holds an MBA from Florida Tech and is finishing his MPA from the University of Kansas this spring, where he did his undergrad in journalism.
