Qun Wang is a Supervising Team Manager in GFOA's Technical Services Center (TSC). She has been with GFOA since 2000. She is in charge of GFOA’s Popular Annual Financial Reporting (PAFR) Program, as well as responsible for developing and updating the standard comments for the Certificate Program. She performs reviews of all types of Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports of state and local governments, including general-purpose governments, school districts, stand-alone enterprise funds, pension and other postemployment systems, investment pools, and risk pools. She also answers technical inquiries from program participants and GFOA members. Ms. Wang received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from DePaul University in Chicago and a Master of Business Administration from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
