Andrew Zaremba is a Utilities Economist with Tacoma Water, serving the residents of Tacoma, Washington. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from the University of Washington (Tacoma campus), and a Master's degree in Financial Economics from Texas A&M University.

Andrew is responsible for leading the utility's cost of service analysis, developing the retail and wholesale rate case, and conducting both short- and long-term demand forecasts.
