Robert L. Balducci has a diverse accounting and auditing career working in banking, retail, medical, and governmental industries. He has been employed by the New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority since December 2008, and currently serves as the Comptroller. Prior to joining the Water Authority, he spent 14 years working for the New York City Comptroller’s Office where he last served as a Division Chief of Quality Assurance. He is the former Chair of the New York State Society’s Government Accounting and Auditing Committee and a current member of the Governmental Accounting Standard Advisory Council. He received his BBA with honors from the Bernard M. Baruch, City University of New York and is a Certified Public Accountant currently licensed to practice in the state of New York.
