Clae Hack

Director of Finance
City of Saskatoon

Clae is the Director of Finance for the City of Saskatoon responsible for leading the Finance Division and a team of over 80 staff in providing business solutions and providing advice on the City’s resource allocations.  Specifically, he provides oversight to the City’s Financial Planning, Business Relationships, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Payroll and Investment Services as well as working directly with the CFO and City Manager on long term financial planning, strategy and policy development.

Clae is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master’s Degree in Professional Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan.  He is also actively involved in the GFOA, servicing on the Committee on Canadian Issues since 2015.
