GFOA is working to conduct an organizational assessment and review the business policies, processes, and overall structure/staffing of several divisions within DCI.
As part of the organizational assessment, GFOA will conduct focus groups with business units stakeholders, interview individual staff members, document existing systems, and review documentation that the City has available to make recommendations for improvement. Prior to that, GFOA is using the survey below to capture some basic project information that will help make future meetings more productive.
