Recipients of the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERA 1 and ERA 2) are required to submit their full compliance reports each calendar year and quarterly reports by the 15th of the month following the end of the quarterly reporting period, unless otherwise noted. The deadline has been extended for all recipients for their full Q1, Q2, and Q3 Compliance Reports to October 29; however, State, Local, and Territorial Recipients must submit their September monthly reports by October 15.
On September 27, the Department of Treasury released Questions and Answers on ERA Reporting v 1.0, a six-page document covering frequently asked questions.
On September 28, a User Guide was released, providing step-by-step guidance for submitting quarterly reports using Treasury’s portal.
